Overview
Website Developer / UI Designer - We are not accepting C2C or third party resumes. The Website Developer / UI Designer designs, builds, and maintains high-quality websites for home-builder clients while contributing to the user interface of internal SaaS products. This role blends hands-on front-end development with UI/UX design and works closely with both clients and internal teams to deliver intuitive, reliable, and visually polished digital experiences. You’ll be part of a collaborative Agile/Scrum team, working iteratively to improve public-facing websites and internal applications that support business growth and efficiency. Stay current on web design trends, tools, and front-end best practices to improve workflows and product quality. Key Responsibilities
Website Design & Development : Design, develop, and launch responsive, SEO-friendly websites using modern web standards. Own projects from concept through deployment. UI/UX Design for SaaS Products : Create intuitive user interfaces, mockups, and design components for internal SaaS tools, including dashboards and data-driven views. Website Management : Maintain and support a portfolio of client websites, including hosting, domains, updates, security, and performance monitoring. Front-End Development : Participate in Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and iterative development to deliver website and UI enhancements efficiently. Cross-Functional Work : Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately within applications. Client & Stakeholder Engagement : Translate business goals and brand requirements into functional website and design solutions. Gather feedback and support basic usability testing. Quality & Optimization Documentation : Maintain clear documentation for website configurations, CMS workflows, and design systems. Qualifications & Skills
Education : Degree in Web Development, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Web Development Experience : Proven experience building and managing responsive, client-facing websites end to end. Core Technical Skills : Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow. Familiarity with Git or other version control tools. UI/UX Tools : Experience using design tools like Figma or Adobe XD to create mockups and prototypes. Ability to design UI components such as tables, charts, and dashboards that can be implemented by engineering teams. Problem Solving & Attention to Detail : Strong analytical skills with a high standard for visual quality and clean code. Ability to clearly explain design and technical decisions to teammates and stakeholders. Preferred Experience : Familiarity with React or modern front-end frameworks. Experience in construction, home building, or real estate technology. Exposure to Lean UX or iterative design practices.
