Who We Are

We build a network the UK can count on – connecting people, places and potential. We close the digital divide, empower communities and drive meaningful progress. We believe everyone should feel they belong. We build a workplace where different perspectives are welcomed and voices are heard.

You’ll join a team that genuinely cares – about each other, our customers, and the future we’re building.

Job Description Be a part of our Consumer team where creating and developing products, services and propositions is at the forefront. From the way we interact with our customers, to how we communicate in our campaigns and create data‑driven propositions, this is where some of our best ideas are brought to life.

Do elegant transitions, beautifully tuned speed curves, and nuanced choreography of on‑screen elements genuinely excite you? If so we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Motion Designer to join our team.

As part of Three’s in‑house creative team you’ll help shape category‑leading work that spans campaigns, digital experiences, product, brand and beyond. You’ll collaborate with a talented group of creatives who care deeply about craft, innovation and pushing motion design forward.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver standout animation projects that drive engagement and elevate campaigns across all channels.

Collaborate closely with account, creative and design teams to take work from brief to final delivery with precision and craft.

Shape and evolve the motion language of the Three brand across social, digital, media and in‑store environments.

Contribute to storyboards, motion tests and mood references to communicate ideas and support client feedback cycles.

Stay ahead of emerging animation trends, tools and techniques, bringing fresh thinking into the team’s workflow.

Produce tonally accurate, visually consistent animations across formats including social, digital media, banners and retail AV.

Interpret and solve complex visual briefs while upholding brand guidelines and creative integrity.

Act as a go‑to expert for animation projects, maintaining clear and constructive communication with stakeholders.

Lead efforts to optimise animation workflows for efficiency, consistency and scalability across large‑volume delivery.

Push creative boundaries and challenge conventions to deliver innovative, effective solutions for the brand.

Foster a positive, collaborative, high‑performance team culture built on openness, transparency and accountability.

Support the recruitment of new animators by reviewing portfolios, interviewing candidates and contributing to hiring decisions.

Qualifications

Strong motion design craft with deep proficiency in After Effects, Premiere and core Creative Suite tools.

Bonus skills in C4D/3D and UI animation, though not essential.

Confident communicator capable of presenting ideas clearly and collaboratively.

Positive, personable team player who contributes to a supportive, energising studio culture.

Creative thinker who brings fresh ideas, strong craft and a solutions‑focused mindset to every brief.

What We Offer Great pay, bonuses and up to 28 days off plus bank holidays. Personalise our benefits for you and your family with discounts, vouchers, a pension plan and more. We help your career via amazing learning & development tools.

We use AI in parts of our business to boost innovation, improve efficiency and create new opportunities. We know many candidates use AI to fine‑tune their CVs or prepare for interviews, but what we really care about is your unique experiences and achievements.

During the interview we want you to rely on your own knowledge and skills to show us who you really are – your personality, creativity and abilities. Above all we’re looking for authenticity and can’t wait to get to know the real you.
