Founder’s Associate – Growth & Performance Marketing (all gender) Kranus Health is a fast-growing digital health company with consumer-facing products in urology and gynaecology. We’re already doing millions in revenue — but mostly by talking directly to doctors with a field sales force instead of D2C. Now we’re ready to build a world-class performance marketing machine from scratch. We’re looking for someone who wants to own it like it’s their own business. This is full-stack growth, with real budget responsibility, real KPIs, and real impact. Responsibilities
Build online marketing from scratch for a well-established, revenue-strong company Own P&L + the full performance marketing KPI stack end-to-end (CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback, funnel conversion, contribution margin — the whole thing) Run, optimize and scale acquisition across: Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube); Meta (Facebook/Instagram); and whatever works next (Communities, TikTok, affiliates, retargeting, partnerships) Acquire patients in a complex regulatory environment (this is healthcare and trust-building) Build the funnel: creatives → landing pages → tracking → iteration → scale Your toolkit
You're not “interested in marketing”. You’re obsessed with making numbers move. Extremely detail-oriented, data-driven nerd (in the best way) Loves building things and fine-tuning daily Works with AI agents before asking for more team resources Comfortable with online tools and workflows — can MacGyver your way through anything High-agency, outcome-obsessed, and accountable (You don’t say “someone should” — you say “I’ll do it.”) Your background : We don’t care about perfect CVs. We care about proof of execution. A university degree in a structured field (e.g., engineering, economics, math, science, computer science) A track record of building something from scratch (side projects, internships with real responsibility, first 1–2 years in a high-performance environment) Bonus points if you’ve ever built paid channels from zero, owned a budget, run experiments weekly, done funnel + landing page work, built dashboards and tracking (GA4, GTM, Looker, etc.) Tools you’ll probably touch Google Ads stack (GA4, GTM, ...), Meta Ads Stack Creative AI toolchain: Superscale, Claude (Code), Recraft; also Canva, Figma HubSpot CRM (incl. tracking / attribution setup) Dashboards (PBI & other tools) Landing page tools (we are on Squarespace for LPs, but you can code if you present a strong case) Why this role is different Real ownership: you run your channel like a business, report to Founders Huge upside: build something that matters, scale it, lead it Strong foundation: company is already big in other channels + access to P&E, BI resources for scaling (if needed) Massive learning curve: regulated growth + performance + product + funnel Impact: help patients access the healthcare they actually need We value diversity and encourage applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender, age, background, disability, or identity.
