What You Will Do:
Playbook Implementation:
Partner closely with Franchise Partners to implement our proven operational and growth strategies, ensuring every center in the Houston metro area is set up for success.
HQ Conduit:
Act as the primary link between Texas operations and our Global Head Office, ensuring clear communication, resource sharing, and alignment with brand goals.
Operational Guidance:
Provide expert guidance on the Success Tutoring methodology, helping Franchise Partners deliver tutoring that meets local parent expectations and Texas educational standards.

Conduct regular business reviews and operational "health checks," empowering Franchise Partners to elevate their leadership and student outcomes.
Local Growth Assistance:
Assist Franchise Partners in executing hyper‑local marketing campaigns and building meaningful partnerships with local schools and community groups.
Brand Excellence & Compliance:
Help partners maintain high standards of quality and compliance across all locations, identifying ways to streamline operations and boost efficiency.

and have a reliable vehicle for regular travel to centers across Houston and surrounding suburbs (Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, etc.).
Flexibility:
You are willing and able to travel regionally (including occasional flights) to support other Texas territories, such as Dallas and Austin, as the brand continues its rapid US rollout.

At least 2 years of experience coaching operations or supporting franchisees/multi‑site managers, with a focus on tracking performance and problem‑solving.
