Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products in a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position.
10‑week training program with a starting hourly rate of $27.50 until assigned a route
Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route
Majority work a 4‑Day workweek
Majority work no nights or weekends
Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives
Key Responsibilities
Be the face of Cintas, building rapport with key decision makers
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
Negotiate service agreement renewals, control inventory, while working professionally and safely
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
Skills / Qualifications Required: Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:
Have an active driver’s license
Be at least 21 years of age
Obtain a DOT medical certification
Provide documentation regarding previous employment
All successful candidates will also possess:
The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
A High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation
Self‑motivation and the drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals
A positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit

Compensation: A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 - $90,000/Year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions.
