Role Summary The Financial Business Analyst will support the development, governance, and ongoing management of an enterprise pricing model and growth strategy. Reporting to Finance leadership and working closely with Commercial Operations, the Project Management Office (PMO), and cross‑functional stakeholders, this role will help maintain and enhance pricing tools, monitor key performance metrics, evaluate deals, and provide analytical insights that support strategic decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update pricing databases, assumptions, and driver tables to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Analyze historical pricing data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
Structure data to support win‑theme analysis, predictive pricing, and ongoing model enhancements
Prepare pricing analyses, margin summaries, and variance reports to support pricing strategy rollout and governance
Expand pricing models and tools to incorporate additional service lines and practice areas
Track non‑standard pricing requests and maintain documentation of approvals and outcomes
Monitor adherence to pricing guardrails and escalates deviations as appropriate
Support onboarding and integration of newly acquired businesses or services into the enterprise pricing framework
Analytics & KPI Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking pricing performance, deal quality, discounting behavior, and margin attainment
Prepare recurring pricing KPI reports for Sales, Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership
Conduct ad hoc analyses to support pricing strategy updates, margin improvement initiatives, and leadership requests
Model the financial impact of pricing changes on win rates, revenue, and profitability
Translate analytical findings into clear insights and executive‑ready summaries
Provide analytical support during proposal development and deal evaluation
Research competitive benchmarks and market pricing trends to inform commercial strategy
Contribute to continuous improvement of pricing governance and commercial operations processes
Document best practices and maintain a centralized pricing knowledge repository
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with Operations to ensure accurate project data flows into pricing and profitability reporting
Collaborate with IT and Analytics teams to improve data automation, dashboards, and web‑based pricing tools
Support PMO leadership with data analysis for project reviews, performance monitoring, and execution insights
Assist Commercial Operations leadership with pricing strategy development and performance modeling
