Our global insurance brokerage client is seeking an Assistant Account Executive – Employee Benefits to join their growing team!
Assistant Account Executive – Employee Benefits
Location:
Blue Bell, PA (Hybrid)
Salary: $60K–$80K with Competitive Benefits package
Responsibilities
Maintain and update client files, including scanning, documentation, and data entry into internal benefits systems.
Assist with marketing activities, proposal preparation, and presentation materials.
Revise, edit, and bind presentations as needed for client meetings.
Support Account Executives with service-related issues and administrative tasks.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in an Employee Benefits or insurance environment.
Strong organizational skills with superb attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience with benefits platforms (e.g., BenefitPoint, HR Connections, MyWave) is a plus.
Experience working with Insurance carriers is highly beneficial.
Preferred Background
Health insurance or broader insurance industry experience.
Exposure to underwriting or marketing processes is a plus.
Property & Casualty or Life & Health License preferred (or ability to obtain within the first few months).
