We’re looking for a Hospice RN Director of Operations to oversee the clinical, operational, and financial success of one or more branch locations. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can inspire teams, drive performance, and ensure exceptional end-of-life care—every patient, every family, every time.

What You’ll Do
As Director of Operations, you will:
Direct daily clinical and operational performance , ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
Drive financial health , budget performance, and KPI achievement
Lead, coach, and develop managers and staff to build strong, engaged teams
Oversee quality improvement initiatives , audits, and accreditation readiness
Partner with sales and marketing to support census growth and community engagement
Ensure policies, procedures, and clinical protocols are current, effective, and followed
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and mission-driven care
Act as a key liaison between branch leadership, corporate teams, and executive leadership

A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred). Current state license as a registered nurse
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of healthcare management and supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred). 2 years of hospice experience required.
- Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
