Marketing is critical to that mission. Our Advisory Board helps ensure that Tectonic’s story, value propositions, and growth strategies accurately reflect clinical impact, economic ROI, and the lived experience of patients and employers.

About the Role We are seeking a Healthcare Marketing Advisory Board Member to help shape Tectonic’s brand strategy, go-to-market execution, and growth narrative across employer, payer, and patient audiences.

This is a part-time, high-impact advisory role for a senior healthcare marketing or growth leader who understands how healthcare products are discovered, evaluated, trusted, and adopted in complex B2B and B2C environments.

Advisors will work closely with the leadership team to refine messaging, accelerate employer adoption, improve member engagement, and ensure that marketing strategy remains tightly aligned with product, care delivery, and long-term business goals.

Responsibilities include: Provide strategic guidance on healthcare marketing, brand positioning, and category narrative Advise on employer-facing go-to-market strategy, including messaging, proof points, and ROI storytelling Support demand generation strategy across B2B (employers, partners) and B2C (patients, members) channels Offer insight on growth marketing, lifecycle engagement, onboarding, and retention Help define marketing KPIs tied to activation, utilization, and economic outcomes Align marketing strategy with product development, care delivery, and sales execution Serve as a thought partner on future offerings, including the Smart House Call Kit and SaaS platform

Qualifications 10+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, growth, brand, or go-to-market leadership Experience marketing healthcare services, digital health products, or value-based care models Strong understanding of employer healthcare buyers and patient engagement dynamic Experience translating clinical outcomes into compelling, compliant marketing narratives Comfortable advising fast-moving, early-stage teams with limited structure Passionate about improving access, reducing costs, and simplifying healthcare experiences Ability to contribute 1–2 hours per month for advisory meetings, strategic discussions, or introductions
