How you will contribute In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee a team dedicated to identifying and evaluating critical financial and operational drivers, ensuring a strong valuation partnership with our clients. You will tackle complex valuation challenges from investment, regulatory, and strategic perspectives, determining value across various levels, including funds and portfolios. Your expertise will support alternative asset managers through diverse valuation services, including the valuation of assets within equity and credit investment portfolios for regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and auditing purposes. Key responsibilities include: Developing, revising, and implementing dynamic financial models encompassing discounted cash flow, guideline market multiples, market transactions, and options valuations. Conducting comprehensive reviews to verify the accuracy of financial models and valuation analyses. Overseeing the engagement lifecycle to ensure adherence to processes, timely communication, and the delivery of valuation schedules and narrative reports. Proactively communicating with all levels of engagement teams to ensure smooth operations. Performing final quality control reviews of reports and client deliverables to guarantee high standards. Presenting findings clearly and effectively to clients, committees, and stakeholders. Creating a learning environment by coaching staff, leading training sessions, and providing growth opportunities for direct reports. Building and maintaining robust professional relationships with colleagues and clients. Who will you be working with? The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $140,000, along with a discretionary bonus program based on performance metrics.
