A motivated and dynamic consulting professional with experience in Downstream Refining and/or LNG, driven to enhance your expertise and deliver impactful solutions for energy clients. You possess strong analytical skills, thrive in collaborative environments, and are passionate about optimizing how energy organizations manage their assets, operations, and overall performance.

The Work
Lead management consulting and system implementation projects tailored for Downstream Refining and LNG clients.
Analyze business processes related to work and asset management, operations, maintenance, and supply chain.
Contribute to initiatives focused on Data & AI, Supply Chain enhancements, and Cost Reduction to enhance operational efficiency.
Create client-ready analyses, documentation, and strategic recommendations.
Support program execution by tracking milestones, resource planning, and status updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional Accenture and client teams across business and technology sectors.
Build relationships with client stakeholders and ensure high-quality outcomes.
What you need A minimum of 3 years of experience in the energy industry, particularly in Downstream Refining and/or LNG.
Experience with oil and gas operators or consulting within the energy sector.
Familiarity with management consulting, system implementation, or operational transformation projects.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus Points Interest or experience in Data & AI, Supply Chain management, or Cost Optimization programs.
Understanding of work and asset management processes in refining or LNG environments.
Previous experience in business process improvement or technology-driven transformation projects.
