We invite you to join our innovative team as a Client Solutions Specialist! In this engaging role, you will collaborate closely with Cornerstone's Sales Team and Regional Vice Presidents to enhance customer acquisition and nurture long-lasting relationships with our valued clients. Your primary goal will be to strategically align our advanced solutions with the distinct business needs of our clients. Staying updated on industry trends and product developments will be crucial for your success. Additionally, teamwork and sharing insights with your colleagues will be essential for achieving our collective objectives.
In this dynamic position, you will:
Showcase our product features while effectively communicating our unique value proposition.
Tailor solutions to align with clients’ needs, goals, and objectives.
Deeply understand clients' business environments to deliver exceptional service.
Clearly articulate both simple and complex solutions to clients.
Convey business requirements to project and implementation teams.
Keep an eye on competitor offerings and strategically position our solutions accordingly.
Assist in crafting RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
Engage with the Solution Consultant team to share best practices and valuable insights.
Prioritize privacy and security obligations in all job responsibilities.
Embrace and take initiative in additional responsibilities as a dedicated team member.
You will thrive in this role if you possess: At least 3 years of pre-sales experience in a relevant field.
Expertise in SaaS, Human Capital Management, and Solution Selling, along with exceptional communication skills.
A proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver client value through impactful product demonstrations.
A results-oriented mindset with the capacity to work independently and thrive.
Outstanding communication, presentation, time management, and organizational abilities.
The skill to collaborate effectively with a geographically diverse team.
