
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for guests while providing information about the hotel's facilities during registration.
Address and resolve guest issues, complaints, and requests proactively, ensuring satisfaction for both guests and the hotel.
Assist guests with inquiries about local attractions, services, and provide accurate directions to various destinations.
Exhibit exemplary telephone etiquette, handle call transfers, and take detailed messages for guests and team members following company standards.
Act as a concierge to enhance guest experience by sharing recommendations for local activities and dining options. Facilitate bookings and reservations as requested by guests.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED, with strong math skills preferred.
Experience in hotel front desk operations and familiarity with SMS computer systems is a plus.
Basic computer skills are essential.
Ability to work collaboratively with others and independently, including overnight shifts with the requirement to remain awake during these hours.
