Digital Client Engagement Partner

to drive business growth by crafting compelling and market-relevant pitches and proposals tailored to meet client needs. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to position EPAM's high-impact, end-to-end (E2E) capabilities across digital and physical product and experience domains. You will collaborate across internal teams and deliver thought leadership that truly resonates with clients and prospects. This position requires strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills to effectively represent EPAM's capabilities. This position is hybrid, and involves 25-50% travel required within North America. Candidates must be based on the West Coast. Responsibilities Develop and present engaging, market-relevant pitches and proposals using high-quality sales materials and insights specific to clients.

Articulate EPAM's capabilities and thought leadership confidently during client meetings and presentations.

Establish and nurture strong, consultative relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.

Assist in scoping engagements to align with both client objectives and EPAM's business outcomes.

Generate relevant, industry-specific thought leadership for pitches and external marketing efforts.

Collaborate with teams across various disciplines and geographies to enhance proposals and showcase EPAM's capabilities.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience in client engagement, sales enablement, or business development, preferably within consulting or technology services.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Strong aptitude for synthesizing complex information into compelling, client-centric narratives.

Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams and geographies.

Proven ability to research and apply emerging technologies and market trends.
