Role Overview In the role of Senior Customer Success Advisor, you will be instrumental in driving customer adoption and delivering value growth. You'll provide expert guidance on architecture, products, and industry best practices, ensuring successful Salesforce adoption tailored to our Premier and Signature Success clients. Leverage AI to maximize the impact of your support and engage effectively with diverse customer segments to facilitate their success. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and passionately committed to customer success in the cloud environment. Exceptional presentation and communication skills are a must, whether you're working one-on-one or leading group sessions. Your strong technical skills will help you to impart product knowledge, deliver value to customers, and collaborate seamlessly with internal teams. Key Responsibilities Provide tailored recommendations and proven best practices to optimize product adoption. Conduct individual Expert Coaching Sessions and on-demand Success Engagements. Develop deep expertise in Marketing Cloud and associated products. Ensure customers consistently achieve their business goals. Encourage and gather positive feedback from customers, internal teams, and leadership. Pursue continuous professional development to enhance your skills. Required Qualifications & Skills 4+ years of experience in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. Certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist. Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly. Consultative, customer-focused approach. Ability to navigate complex customer requests and lead related initiatives. Excellent communication, presentation, and influence skills across varied audiences, from developers to executives. Strong multitasking and prioritization capabilities, thriving under pressure. A degree or equivalent relevant experience; evaluations based on Values & Behaviors for the role are welcome. Preferred Qualifications & Skills Trailhead Ranger achievement. Agentblazer Champion status. Experience in Marketing on Core, Personalization, or Intelligence (nice to have). Certifications: Marketing Cloud Consultant or Marketing Cloud Developer (nice to have).
