Your Role
The AI and Analytics team is at the forefront of artificial intelligence and data analysis. In this exciting position, you will play a key role in providing analytical support to our healthcare insurance clients, including BlueShield of California and other health plans. Your expertise will drive data-informed strategies that deliver actionable insights, optimize marketing campaigns, and enhance overall business performance. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a deep analytical mindset and a genuine passion for tackling complex marketing challenges with data. You will lead projects independently, present meaningful insights to senior leadership, and mentor junior analysts to elevate the team's capabilities.
Your Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics (preferred).
10+ years of experience in marketing analytics.
Demonstrated experience providing analytics support in a consultative role with clients or internal stakeholders.
Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders both within and outside the organization.
Exceptional communication skills with a track record of presenting complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and manipulation.
Expertise in Python for statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data automation.
Advanced skills in Tableau for creating interactive dashboards and visually compelling data representations.
Proven experience with marketing mix models, as well as acquisition, retention, and brand effectiveness models.
Solid understanding of web analytics and customer journey analytics.
Experience with experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, MAB, MVT).
Five years of experience in the healthcare sector (managed care, academic, or government payer).
Familiarity with Generative AI and Large Language Models in marketing or analytics contexts (preferred).
Hands-on experience with the Databricks platform for large-scale data processing (preferred).
Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce (preferred).
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred).
Certifications in analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Databricks (preferred).
