Job Summary This position is responsible for leading and managing the Revenue Cycle operations across our acute and post-acute care facilities, along with outpatient services. The Director will take charge of all administrative and technical operations, designing and implementing effective systems and processes to ensure the accurate and timely management of Accounts Receivable. This includes billing, collections, denials, underpayments, cash management, credit balances, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will establish productivity and quality standards while fostering a culture of compliance and integrity across our multi-facility healthcare system. This position reports directly to a Revenue Cycle Management executive. Desired Skills Sets: Extensive hospital billing experience

with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in medium to large hospital systems. Specialty billing experience. Understanding of CMS regulations. Familiarity with UB04 billing. Experience with Form 1500. Minimum Qualifications Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred. Experience / Knowledge / Skills: 10 years of hospital or healthcare business office experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.

Proven ability to grow and lead, motivate, develop, and mentor teams.

Strong analytical capabilities and organizational skills for data assessment and evaluation.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with all levels of management and staff.

Expertise in regulatory guidelines including CMS, DHS, FDCPA, EMTALA, and NCCI coding to ensure compliant billing practices.

Principal Accountabilities Guide and direct system-wide financial services, fostering a strong financial services culture.

Lead large teams across areas of Revenue Cycle Services, including Billing, Collections, Denials, Cash Management, and Customer Service across multiple facilities.

Develop operational plans in alignment with departmental and organizational objectives, focusing on Net Revenue Improvement.

Analyze and create strategic plans to drive progressive financial services while ensuring consistency with regulatory requirements.

Facilitate monthly performance analysis and financial reporting for the revenue cycle management team.

Manage change effectively, enhancing team effectiveness and adaptation to transition.

Oversee staffing and human resource activities, including hiring and performance management.

Establish measurable performance goals and outcomes.

Utilize data-driven approaches to problem-solving to achieve effective results.

Ensure revenue and expenses align with budget expectations; prepare forecasts and reports to maintain fiscal responsibility.

Provide leadership in interactions with multidisciplinary teams within the healthcare setting.

Communicate effectively across all management levels and engage actively in committees and initiatives aligned with performance management.

Maintain positive relationships with medical staff and senior management, offering consultation on revenue cycle operations.

Ensure adherence to Memorial Hermann policies and procedures, prioritizing safety and quality of service.

Advance professional development through continuous education and mentoring of staff.

Demonstrate commitment to community care, providing compassion and personalized experiences.
