The Senior Executive Travel Advisor role is pivotal in delivering outstanding travel experiences for our Corporate Travel customers. By leveraging your expertise in a high-performance team, you will provide exceptional traveler care and top-notch customer service. This position thrives on quality interactions rather than the quantity of calls, making it ideal for those who prioritize relationship building.
Your Typical Day Will Include:
Serving as the primary contact for all domestic and international travel bookings, managing both routine and complex air, rail, ground, and hotel arrangements utilizing Sabre.
Offering tailored advice, solutions, and recommendations for VIP travelers, while ensuring compliance with their travel policies and requirements.
Working in a multi-channel environment and being accountable for key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction and productivity metrics.
Applying effective communication techniques via phone and email to meet special customer requests and nurture excellent client relationships.
Proactively promoting additional services for travelers, such as hotel and car arrangements.
Demonstrating enthusiasm and energy within the organization while adhering to company ethics, values, and compliance standards.
Complying with all Amex GBT policies and procedures.
Qualifications We Seek:
Extensive knowledge of domestic and international air, hotel, car, and rail booking practices and policies.
Experience providing high-touch executive customer service.
Five or more years of experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant.
Native Sabre proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
Comprehensive understanding of fare and ticketing rules for domestic and international travel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a keen attention to detail.
Integrity when managing personal and confidential traveler information.
Basic computer navigation skills, with the ability to multitask across various applications.
Shift Availability:
Candidates should be comfortable working during the business hours of Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, as this varies depending on client needs. Compensation:
The national base salary range for this role is $46,200.00 - $85,800.00, depending on experience and role complexity. Additionally, you will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
