Job Details:
Create a customer-centric environment by building strong relationships with shoppers.
Provide expert technical and product knowledge to customers, serving as a trusted authority on sleep.
Drive personal sales performance and key performance indicators while embodying company values and supporting initiatives.
Maintain customer relationships during and after the purchase, including resolving issues and sending reminders.
Stay informed about competitors and their advertisements or services.
Utilize social media to enhance brand awareness and boost sales.
Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Compensation: Competitive pay range of $61,000 - $64,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional bonus opportunities may be available for eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles at the discretion of the company. *Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular time.
