With significant growth in recent years, we are looking for an exceptional Director of Operations to spearhead the expansion of our Danbury branch. You will play a key role in driving our mission forward with the support of our corporate network and fellow directors.

Build and nurture relationships with referral partners, including hospitals, hospices, and senior living facilities. Staffing and Scheduling:
Recruit and onboard new team members while ensuring proper shift coverage and managing on-call responsibilities. Client Assessments:
Develop strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and guarantee high client satisfaction. Financial Oversight:
Manage the office budget, ensuring it is accurately reflected in profit and loss statements. Cultivating Workplace Culture:
Establish a positive work environment that incentivizes and motivates team members. Qualifications and Skills Proven leadership experience in managing a team. Successful track record in meeting sales and business development objectives. Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for results.
