Lead efforts to discover and prioritize valuable AI opportunities.
Develop strategic deliverables, including comprehensive roadmaps, frameworks, and playbooks.
Conduct thorough interviews and analyses to frame opportunities effectively.
Facilitate collaborative working sessions that unite business and technical teams.
Create compelling narratives, visualizations, and investment recommendations for clients.
Contribute to the development of internal knowledge, including intellectual property and reusable templates.
Be willing to travel up to 80% of the time to foster client relationships and project success.
Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or AI advisory roles.
Proven experience leading enterprise-level AI or data transformation initiatives for 5+ years.
5+ years of experience facilitating collaboration between business, data, and technology teams.
Expertise in at least one specific industry (e.g., Retail, Health, Technology, Energy, Banking) for 5+ years.
Experience in at least one business domain (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, IT) for 5+ years.
A track record of at least 5 years working with a top-tier consulting firm or specialized AI firm.
Measures of Success: Achieving high rates of billable utilization.
Ensuring client satisfaction to foster repeat business.
Active participation in enhancing practice intellectual property and organizational capabilities.
