We are in search of a strategic HR Business Partner who will collaborate with executives in our Product Organization, reporting directly to the Director, HRBP for Product. This is a hybrid role based in San Jose, CA, where we come together three days a week for collaboration and connection. As a Senior Manager, HRBP, you will take on a strategic advisory role, acting as an integrated thought partner to support defined product lines and their leaders. This pivotal position bridges execution with enterprise strategy, allowing you to serve as a trusted advisor and talent strategist. You will nurture a high-performance culture, enable business growth, and lead transformation initiatives. Your robust business acumen and understanding of Product and Engineering functions are crucial for success. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business leaders (typically VP's/Sr. Directors) to understand business objectives and translate them into effective people strategies. Utilize data, insights, and organizational best practices to influence decision-making. Act as a trusted advisor for leadership effectiveness, team development, and change management. Contribute to workforce planning and organizational design discussions to ensure future readiness in structure, capabilities, and talent. Utilize people analytics to identify organizational trends, risks, and opportunities. Integrate global design processes with practical, scalable people processes. Monitor organizational health metrics and partner with leaders to implement action plans. Ensure consistent, high-quality HR service delivery across the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certification preferred. At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in business partnering roles supporting senior leaders (Sr. Directors and VP's). Demonstrated strategic partnering skills with the ability to align people strategies with business goals, influencing leaders and driving desired outcomes. Experience supporting international client groups with a global mindset. Exceptional influencing and presentation skills, engaging effectively with senior executives. Familiarity with product development processes, including roadmap and go-to-market strategies. Proactive in identifying global challenges, recommending solutions, and driving them to completion for tangible business results. Adept at prioritizing and executing initiatives that align with organizational needs. A collaborative team player who is willing to actively participate in achieving results.
