Role Overview The Client Partner, Real-World Evidence is pivotal in fostering growth among biopharma clients by capitalizing on Datavant's comprehensive real-world evidence (RWE) offerings, analytics platforms, and services. This role collaborates closely with Client Partners across key accounts for co-selling efforts, account strategy, and alignment on evidence-related needs. You will act as a trusted advisor, utilizing real-world data (RWD) and RWE to meet regulatory and market access requirements, while ensuring our solutions align with customer expectations. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex sales cycles and possess a deep understanding of real-world data, analytics solutions, and outcomes research. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation:

Formulate and execute strategic initiatives to identify and engage new business prospects in biopharma and healthcare, especially those focusing on RWE strategies for regulatory and market access needs.

Pipeline Development:

Drive proactive outreach to build a strong pipeline of opportunities centered around Datavant's evidence generation and analytics solutions.

Sales Process Management:

Oversee the entire sales cycle—from outreach to contract negotiations—ensuring alignment between client requirements and Datavant's RWE solutions.

Client Engagement:

Effectively communicate Datavant's value in RWE through compelling presentations and case studies, engaging with senior decision-makers in HEOR, RWE, Market Access, and Clinical Development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work alongside marketing, product, and science teams to present customized RWE solution proposals in accordance with client data strategies and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EMA).

Market Tracking:

Stay updated on RWE market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to establish Datavant as a leading partner in the evidence generation space.

Sales Forecasting:

Maintain precise pipeline management and forecasting in CRM systems, focusing on project cycles, service utilization, and expansion opportunities with existing clients.

Growth Development:

Identify new upsell opportunities within assigned territories, particularly in promoting RWE adoption for post-market studies and safety monitoring.

Qualifications Proven Experience:

At least 10 years of successful sales experience in healthcare or life sciences, with a preference for RWE, HEOR, or data analytics sales.

RWE Knowledge:

Expertise in real-world data sources and evidence generation methodologies across various product lifecycle stages, from clinical development to commercialization.

Sales Acumen:

Strong ability to uncover, develop, and close new RWE opportunities with leading biopharma clients.

Complex Sales Management:

Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles that involve scientific and commercial discussions.

Effective Communication:

Outstanding capability to articulate scientific and technical proposals to diverse audiences, including C-suite and RWE/HEOR leaders.

CRM Expertise:

Proficient in CRM systems for tracking sales pipelines and forecasting growth.

Industry Awareness:

Comprehensive understanding of RWE market dynamics, regulatory guidelines, and payer evidence requirements.

Team Collaboration:

A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working cross-functionally.

Strong Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate intricate RWE concepts into engaging narratives for key stakeholders.

Additional Information The base salary range for this role is $136,000 to $170,000, excluding variable pay. We ensure all candidates experience equitable hiring practices and encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply. This role requires adherence to health screening and vaccination protocols as mandated by our clients. Exemptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our Human Resources team.
