The company is seeking a highly talented Director of Equity Placement to lead capital-raising efforts with limited partners across North America. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing essential institutional capital opportunities for varied projects. You will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships, obtaining capital commitments, and executing successful deals.
This position demands extensive real estate knowledge, strong multitasking abilities, and the agility to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. The perfect candidate will be an entrepreneurial-minded self-starter with a proven track record in capital raising and the capacity to convey complex deal structures while clearly articulating compelling value propositions to investors.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in capital-raising roles within a real estate or advanced investment management context. A results-driven personality with great motivation, alongside exceptional interpersonal skills, is crucial. Additionally, a Registered Representative licensing is required. This role suits a creative and solution-oriented professional with integrity, professionalism, and the ability to inspire others.
