$140,000-$170,000+ Base Salary (Depending on Experience) + Bonus + Full Benefits We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator with extensive experience in Native projects to join a well-respected general contractor. This is a remarkable opportunity for an experienced professional to play a vital role in a company that values integrity, teamwork, and precision during the preconstruction phase. Responsibilities: Lead the entire estimating process for commercial and tribal projects with budgets from $5M to over $100M. Carefully review plans, specifications, and scopes to create accurate cost estimates and competitive bids. Oversee takeoffs, engage with subcontractors, evaluate bids, and prepare comprehensive proposals. Collaborate effectively with project management, design, and ownership teams through all preconstruction phases. Offer value engineering solutions while ensuring constructability aligns with project goals. Mentor junior estimators and improve internal estimating processes. Qualifications: 10+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction, particularly with Native projects (BIA, IHS, HUD, or similar). Proven ability to estimate large-scale new builds and renovations. Proficiency in estimating software and takeoff tools (e.g., Bluebeam, OST, Planswift). Strong understanding of materials, methods, and current market pricing. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
