Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic MSO Benefits Consultant to support the coordination and administration of Managed Service Organizations (MSO) benefits programs. Reporting to the Manager of Benefits, you will play a crucial role in strategizing onboarding for provider practices and collaborating closely with HRIT and HRIS for efficient plan implementation. Your responsibilities will also include managing communications for new hires and facilitating the Annual Enrollment process. You will partner with HR Business Partners, Legal teams, and vendors to guarantee compliance and support integration planning during mergers and acquisitions. Key Responsibilities Utilize best practices in benefit design to develop competitive wellness and health programs. Support US and MSO health and welfare programs by analyzing trends to inform leadership regarding program effectiveness. Stay informed about the regulatory landscape (ERISA, IRS, DOL, SOX) to ensure compliance and competitiveness. Act as a resource for internal teams regarding essential benefits information. Participate actively in mergers and acquisitions to assist in integrating new employees into existing benefits frameworks. Handle employee inquiries and escalations while providing resolution guidance for a range of benefits topics. Benefits Administration: Collaborate with HRIS to set up benefit plans and prepare for annual enrollments. Oversee the open enrollment process, ensuring effective communication and education for employees. Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and promptly. Monitor claims activity and collaborate with insurance providers to resolve issues. Maintain precise and organized employee benefits records. Financial Management: Manage benefit budgets, oversee invoice processing, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Assist in generating financial reports for stakeholders. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree is a plus. 5+ years of experience in benefits, compensation, finance, and/or human resources preferred. A minimum of 3 years focused on US health, welfare, and retirement plans, particularly in MSO settings. Background in finance, human resources, or related fields is advantageous. Knowledge & Skills: Strong analytical and risk analysis capabilities. Proficient in PowerPoint and presentation creation for executive-level discussions. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset. Able to thrive in fast-paced environments and learn new concepts quickly. Independent worker with excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail. Deep knowledge of US health & welfare benefits and related regulatory environments. Exceptional project management and process development skills. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, adaptable to diverse audiences. Strong analytical skills, capable of both quantitative and qualitative problem-solving. Ability to translate customer needs into effective benefit programs. Experience managing multiple projects while aligning with overarching strategic goals. Salary Range:

$80,900 - $115,500 Bonus Eligibility:
