2-week paid training class , Monday through Friday from 10am to 7pm EST, starting on October 27th. What to Expect: After completing training, you'll start taking inbound calls, assisting current and prospective members as well as club staff, while providing top-notch customer service. Additionally, you'll manage department inboxes and monitor call volume as necessary.
