We are seeking a talented Estimator with a strong background in commercial construction to join our well-respected team. Qualifications for the Estimator Role:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating commercial construction projects
Expertise in managing profit and loss for projects along with developing margin projections
Proficient in creating and managing estimates for multiple concurrent projects
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and design teams
Able to track, price, and negotiate changes in project costs
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed material and cost estimates
Manage vendor and subcontractor bids
Present estimates to management, owners, and clients confidently
Collaborate effectively with the Preconstruction team, utilizing strong communication and team-building skills
