Job Summary Join our team as a Provider Relations Representative where you will play a key role in supporting health plan provider activities. You will have the opportunity to engage with high-volume providers and facilitate education on Molina initiatives, enhancing relationships between our health plan and the providers servicing our members. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for non-complex providers, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to Molina policies. Educate and advocate for external providers, fostering compliance and driving exceptional customer service. Conduct regular site visits within your designated area to assess compliance with Molina policies and CMS regulations. Provide immediate training and education to providers while maintaining a positive rapport. Troubleshoot and resolve provider issues proactively, addressing a range of inquiries and concerns effectively. Coordinate problem-solving meetings with providers and Molina stakeholders to resolve complex issues. Deliver training sessions and presentations to providers and larger groups, addressing their queries and concerns about our health plan. Monitor and enforce company policies while enhancing provider performance through education on various Molina initiatives. Assist in training new and existing team members within the provider relations team as needed. This role will require over 60% travel, including same-day and overnight trips based on service area demands. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years in customer service, provider services, or claims experience within a managed care or medical office setting. Understanding of the healthcare delivery system and government-sponsored health plans. Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with providers and medical office staff. Ability to navigate a cross-functional, matrixed organization. Effective verbal and written communication capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with healthcare provider compensation methodologies, especially within Medicaid and Medicare. Experience in delivering training and facilitating educational presentations. Molina Healthcare offers a competitive benefits and compensation package.
