Responsibilities: Complete the Personal Banker Training Checklist, including all learning modules and skill assessments. Enhance customer growth through proactive prospecting and follow-up. Create WOW customer experiences while adhering to standard procedures and compliance with bank policies. Effectively cross-sell and market banking products and services. Safeguard customer confidentiality and adhere to branch security protocols. Participate in daily operations to gain expertise in personal banking. Log all customer interactions and follow-ups accurately. Embody the values of City National Bank by prioritizing Integrity, Teamwork, and customer WOW moments. Qualifications:

One year of experience in sales, customer service, or cash handling, or relevant college coursework. Military experience is welcomed, and bilingual candidates are a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong general computer and math skills. Flexibility to work extended hours with consistent attendance. A strong customer service focus with solid problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a collaborative team player with robust interpersonal and sales skills. Education and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent. Demonstrate alignment with the values and vision of City National Bank. Physical Requirements:
