program in assigned K-12 education accounts. You will proactively engage with decision-makers, accurately assess client needs, propose our education solutions, and effectively close sales to drive revenue growth. Your role will involve building strong, mutually beneficial relationships with school and district leaders to help them achieve impactful results through our offerings. Essential Job Functions Advance our educational mission and collaborate with school leaders. Initiate new and strategic business development within K-12 schools/districts. Recognize and prioritize educational objectives at local and federal levels and align them with our solutions to resonate with district leaders. Develop high-trust relationships with Principals and district leaders to create interest, awareness, and new business opportunities. Assess and articulate client needs to provide tailored solutions linked to critical priorities. Demonstrate strong executive presence in both written and verbal interactions. Consistently achieve sales goals in alignment with FranklinCovey’s guidelines. Contribute to a dynamic, results-driven culture. Lead a cross-functional team to anticipate challenges and deliver impactful client outcomes. Establish growth objectives through market analysis and adapt strategies based on data insights. Maintain an accurate and proactive sales pipeline. Participate in and prepare for ongoing team meetings and strategic discussions. Collaborate with various internal teams to successfully execute initiatives. Embody and promote the principles of the 7 Habits and 4 Disciplines of Execution in all aspects of work. Travel as required. Basic Qualifications This role requires experience in one or both of the following: 3+ years in corporate and/or K-12 education sales. 3+ years in educational leadership as a principal or in district leadership roles. Preferred Skills and Experience Bachelor's or advanced degree in education, business, organizational development, or a related field. Proficient in consultative sales with skills in lead generation, prospecting, and forecasting. Familiarity with subscription-based models and/or professional services in K-12 education. Experience with implementing the

program. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to deliver compelling presentations to K-12 decision-makers.
