Senior Estimator
to become a valuable member of their team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire estimating process, from initial bid review to final proposal submission. Conduct detailed takeoffs and estimates utilizing AGTEK or Insite Elevation Pro. Examine civil plans and specifications to establish scope, quantities, and materials required. Prepare accurate budgets and competitive bids for projects valued between $2M and $10M+. Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate pricing and maintain valuable bid relationships. Collaborate closely with project managers, field teams, and ownership to ensure alignment between estimates, schedules, and on-site execution. Generate bid summaries, presentations, and handoff materials for projects that have been awarded. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience estimating heavy civil, land development, or sitework projects. Required proficiency in AGTEK or Insite Elevation Pro (evaluation included in the interview process). Strong capability to read and interpret civil plans, drawings, and technical documents. Experience with both residential and commercial site development is essential. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is also acceptable. Outstanding communication, organization, and time management abilities. The Ideal Candidate: Hands-on and dedicated, with robust technical skills.
