As a Sleep Solutions Consultant, you will be pivotal in guiding customers towards better sleep by recommending the ideal products tailored to their needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Creating a customer-centric environment by building strong relationships and trust.
Offering in-depth product knowledge and serving as a go-to expert for all sleep-related inquiries.
Driving personal sales performance while exemplifying company values and aiding in company initiatives.
Maintaining customer relationships post-purchase by addressing any issues, providing delivery reminders, etc.
Staying informed of competitor activities, advertisements, and their offerings.
Utilizing social media to enhance brand visibility and boost sales.
Performing tasks that require lifting, pushing, or pulling 50+ pounds.

Compensation: Competitive salary range from $49,000 to $64,000 based on qualifications and experience. Additional bonus opportunities may be available for eligible leadership and individual contributor roles, at the company’s discretion. *This compensation does not guarantee employment for any specific duration.
