About the Role
As the Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Business Growth, you will play a critical role in steering our company's expansion by attracting exceptional talent for our independent insurance agency network. Your forward-thinking strategies will not only help enlarge our network but also enhance our market presence significantly.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with no less than 5 years of proven experience in recruitment or business development within the insurance sector. A successful track record in attracting and nurturing independent insurance agencies is crucial.

In-depth understanding of the insurance industry and its evolving market trends
Skilled in utilizing recruitment and CRM software efficiently
Able to function autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
In this role, you will also focus on delivering training and development opportunities for both new hires and existing agency partners, evaluating their performance, and staying abreast of industry trends to pinpoint potential growth areas. Close collaboration with internal teams, including marketing, underwriting, and customer support, will be crucial to ensure an optimal experience for our agency partners.
Travel requirements are minimal, less than 10% of the time, and you will regularly report on recruitment and business development activities to keep senior management updated on progress.
