
As a Behavior Intervention Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges through dedicated and personalized support. Your responsibilities will include:
Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Collect and maintain accurate records of client progress and behavior.
Assist in the creation and execution of effective behavior support plans.
Provide one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
Teach and reinforce essential social, communication, and daily living skills.
Collaborate closely with the BCBA to adjust treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
Cultivate positive and professional relationships with clients and their families.
