A typical day looks like this: Shape the narrative:
Take part in the design process, crafting captivating exhibits that inspire.
Collaborate effectively:
Work with global teams to bring projects to life on time and with a meaningful impact.
Research diligently:
Dive deep into client brands and project goals to ensure every design is spot on.
Think on your feet:
Rapidly generate multiple ideas to push boundaries.
Participate actively:
Engage in planning meetings and client presentations, contributing your vision and insights.
Deliver exceptional quality:
Compile your ideas into polished, creative submissions that secure client approval.
Who we seek: We welcome diverse experiences in exhibit and experiential design; what matters most is your skill set.
Key tools and deliverables: Proficient in SketchUp or 3D Studio Max and Adobe Creative Suite.
Expertise with V-Ray.
Familiarity with emerging generative AI tools such as Nano Banana, Sora, MidJourney, etc.
Strong ideation and presentation abilities.
Experience with TwinMotion or similar animation software.
Bonus for knowledge of Adobe Premiere or basic video editing software.
Location: Our core creative teams are based in cities like Baltimore, Detroit, Toronto, and Amsterdam. This position is available for candidates in North America with the right experience and fit. We prefer Eastern or Central time zones, but flexible or remote arrangements can be considered for the ideal candidate. Ready to join us?
