About the Role: As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing essential administrative support to our dynamic team of marketing and sales professionals. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks, including crafting proposals, creating presentations, and coordinating marketing communications. What You'll Do: Collect necessary documentation to complete voucher forms and facilitate Brokers commission payments.

Maintain our brand's client messaging inventory by utilizing templates to generate high-quality marketing materials.

Review marketing materials and liaise with different groups to ensure timely completion of property information packages.

Coordinate the preparation and presentation of customized property packages for clients.

Plan and organize meetings and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.

Manage appointment scheduling, maintain calendars, arrange travel, and coordinate meeting room bookings.

Update and maintain various information databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Create standard and ad hoc reports, contributing to website updates as needed.

Coordinate advertising schedules and placements with the central marketing group.

Communicate complex information effectively and write routine reports and correspondence.

Address common inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.

Present information to diverse groups of employees to enhance understanding and engagement.

What You'll Need: This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities effectively. The successful candidate will possess: A high school diploma.

At least 3 years of experience providing administrative support to professional teams.

2+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.

Strong numerical skills to calculate figures like percentages, discounts, and commissions, along with basic financial analysis capabilities.

Outstanding problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

The ability to edit templates in PowerPoint and/or InDesign is a plus.

A solid understanding of marketing principles is highly desirable.
