Position Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative II who will offer outstanding service to our members. You will manage inbound and outbound communications, address inquiries, resolve issues, and handle product reorders efficiently. Your commitment to professionalism and accuracy will play a key role in achieving member satisfaction and loyalty.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting members with their orders and addressing any concerns that arise.
Processing product reorders swiftly and accurately, starting with diabetic testing supplies and CGM products, with opportunities to expand to other product lines after training.
Delivering prompt and courteous resolutions to member issues on the first call whenever possible.
Collaborating with leadership and departments via email for complex issue escalation.
Maintaining up-to-date member records in our systems with high attention to detail.
Meeting performance goals such as Average Handle Time (AHT), First Call Resolution (FCR), and call volume targets (60+ calls daily).
Adhering to HIPAA regulations to protect confidential member information.
Engaging in ongoing training for product knowledge and service quality enhancement.
Working collaboratively with team members and departments to provide seamless support.
Participating in meetings and providing feedback to refine processes and policies.
Handling additional responsibilities or special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
1-3 years of customer service experience, particularly in a call center setting, preferred.
Fluent in English and Spanish, capable of effective verbal and written communication in both languages.
Excellent customer service skills with a strong problem-solving ability and track record of achieving performance metrics.
Basic understanding of customer service processes and best practices.
Demonstrated success in meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Proficient in basic math and business calculations.
Comfortable with computer systems and data entry; quick to learn new platforms.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Compensation:
Hourly range: $15.70 - $22.50.
