Join our dynamic team as a Recreational Vehicle Acquisition and Purchasing Specialist! In this engaging role, you will connect with potential customers eager to sell their recreational vehicles and assist them in exploring diverse purchase and consignment options.
Key Responsibilities:
Effectively present purchase and consignment options, maximizing opportunities and scheduling appointments with prospective customers.
Respond promptly to incoming leads, emails, and text messages to ensure exceptional communication.
Adhere to established communication scripts while engaging with customer leads for consistency.
Record all interactions accurately in our call system database to maintain detailed records.
Utilize multiple CRM systems efficiently to enhance operational workflows.
Conduct thorough research using available resources to address customer inquiries comprehensively.
Exhibit strong interpersonal skills along with a sales-focused mindset to foster customer satisfaction.
Stay organized and manage tasks meticulously to ensure attention to detail.
Thrive in a lively, fast-paced call center environment.
Perform additional duties as required to help support the team.
What We Are Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in a call center setting.
A self-starter with exceptional organizational skills.
A sales-driven individual passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction.
Previous RV sales experience is preferred.
Outstanding customer service capabilities with proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
A professional demeanor and strong work ethics.
Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends; ability to sit for extended periods.
Compensation and Benefits:
The starting pay for this position is $17.31 per hour, plus additional appointment commissions. The estimated total annual compensation (base pay plus variable compensation) ranges between $55,000 and $60,000.
Pay Range:
$15.30 - $18.50 per hour.
