Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Yorktown, VA office. Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Assist clients with policy questions, updates, and general account support
Provide accurate information regarding life insurance products and services
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain professional and empathetic with customers
Basic computer and data entry skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
Willingness to learn insurance products and procedures
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
