Position Purpose\nResponsible for assisting all customers with order entries and any inquiries regarding the company. In addition, responsible for keeping all customers satisfied and happy with the company as their distributor and to accommodate them as best possible. Solves customer problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where standardization exists. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Responsibilities

Input customer orders.

Input customer credits.

Input order and invoicing information accurately and in a timely manner.

Assist customers with orders and problems. Contact vendors and requests samples for customers.

Provide informative and professional assistance when working with the public, customers, vendors, and co-workers.

Perform administrative responsibilities such as checking faxes and mail on a daily basis, writing sample requests and special orders when necessary.

Attend training and Customer Service meetings.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Work Schedule\nThis position is Sunday - Thursday, 7:30am-4:30pm

6 - 12 months customer service, call center and / or related area.

Position Summary:\nResponsible for generating and assisting with product sales by providing customers/potential customers with value added services, exceptional customer service and attention to customer profitability. Solves service problems and deals with a variety of concrete variables in situations where standardization exists. Analyzes work-related situations and make decisions in an effective manner. Knowledgeable of product information, industry trends, and related technology. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Position Responsibilities:

Implement pricing strategies with customers, which achieve an acceptable level of profit margin.

Perform accurate data entry and report preparation in a timely manner.

Meet financial sales goals.

Increase business through combination of account penetration/customer prospecting efforts.

Ensure customers receive orders timely and are accurate. Demonstrate awareness of customer needs and perform job duties to effectively meet those needs.

Implement efficient sales processes and procedures to meet customers' demands.

Implement sales plans that recognize customer profitability issues.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

4-6 years Sales / Marketing or related area within foodservice industry

Preferred qualifications:\nBachelors: Sales / Marketing or related area

6-10 years Sales / Marketing or related area within foodservice industry

Position Purpose\nWarehouse associates are the foundation to our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards. As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will monitor and maintain the accuracy and adequacy of Operating Company inventories. The Inventory Control Coordinator compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, property, equipment, merchandise, or supplies.

Responsibilities

Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and post total inventory records.

Compares inventories to office records or computing figures from records.

Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjust errors in computation or investigate discrepancies.

Compiles receipts or disbursements of materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies.

Monitors inventory rotations and make recommendations as needed.

Prepares report(s) such as inventory balances, weekly cycle counts, and production breakdowns.

Reviews and investigates daily reports.

Maintains shrink at or below company standard.

Prepares list of depleted items and recommends survey of defective/unusable items.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent

1+ years of inventory experience in a warehouse environment

Ability to communicate information accurately and apply strong math skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and intermediate general computer skills

Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position

Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift; able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on location, throughout shift

Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry

Responsible for the development of independent account business, with emphasis on overall profitability through both new sales and account penetration. Promote and sell company branded products and meet brand sales objectives. May also support customer service activities for regional and/or national chain customers, thereby increasing visibility of the company in the marketplace and maximizing market share. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.\nResponsibilities

Generates additional business through analyzing sales territory and individual customers; samples products with existing and potential customers; plans general sales strategy including time and territory management; plans sales approach with individual customers; and conducts effective sales presentations.\nGrows sales and profit margins on an ongoing basis to meet established sales and margin goals.\nSets up new customer accounts by determining pricing; works with Credit Department for initial authorization; other center personnel for scheduling order-taking, deliveries, etc. Performs initial follow-up work with customer ensuring delivery and product satisfaction.\nEnsures customer satisfaction by providing an exemplary level of service by working closely with other center personnel to coordinate efforts to prevent and resolve customer problems. May be personally responsible for making deliveries in emergency situations.\nBuilds additional business with current customers through product penetration in order to maximize profitability of individual accounts.\nMinimizes accounts receivable problems by monitoring accounts for compliance with credit terms and follows up on any problems.\nMaintains awareness of pricing trends within sales territory, particularly on market driven / commodity products, to ensure competitive pricing.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nQualifications

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent\n6-12 months sales/marketing and/or restaurant experience\nValid Driver\\'s License\nCompensation

We offer a salary between $75k - $125k based on experience during training. Post training, reps will earn commissions & subsidy until they scale their territory to 100% commission. Top performers can earn well over $500k annually!
