Job Description: Provides oversight and direction for strategic planning and implementation of organization-wide performance improvement, patient safety and quality outcome activities. Utilizes leadership and operational expertise to facilitate the operationalization of the Organizational Performance Improvement Plan and Patient Safety Plan. Oversees compliance and performance improvement efforts for regulatory and voluntary data collection and submission requirements. Manages compliance and readiness activities for accreditation and regulatory compliance related to Joint Commission, CMS CoPs, and other applicable laws and regulations. Facilitates implementation of the AHS PSO requirements as applicable. Demonstrates excellent leadership, management, communication, collaboration, organization, interpersonal, problem-solving, critical thinking, systems thinking, consulting, and team-building skills. Delegates effectively to manage time wisely and develop leadership opportunities for staff. Tracks financial performance of operational areas and recommends programming to maintain budget compliance. Manages assigned direct reports, including recruitment, hiring, coaching/disciplinary actions, development, education, competencies, payroll functions, and documentation of these activities. Pay Range: $129,109.38 - $240,148.78
