We Search People are working with a national multifamily builder & developer, who are hiring a Senior Superintendent with extensive renovation experience to lead complex value-add and repositioning projects across its portfolio.
This role is ideal for a proven field leader who knows how to run occupied and vacant-unit renovations, drive schedules, and manage multiple trades in high-visibility environments.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead on-site construction for large-scale multifamily renovation projects
Manage occupied renovations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and resident coordination
Drive schedules, oversee subcontractors, inspections, and quality control
Partner closely with Project Managers, Ownership, Asset & Property Management
Mentor field staff and uphold best-in-class construction standards
What We're Looking For
10+ years of construction experience, multifamily renovation focused
Strong background in value-add, rehab, or repositioning projects
Proven success working in occupied communities
Confident leader with excellent communication and scheduling skills
Willingness to travel or work regionally as needed
OSHA-certified, safety-first mindset
