What You'll Do: Be the first point of contact at the kiosk - greet every customer with a smile. Educate guests on Sparkle's wash packages, products, and membership program. Promote memberships and upgrades - earn commission for every sign-up! Create a welcoming, efficient experience that keeps customers coming back. Work collaboratively with your team to maintain smooth operations. Who You Are:
Energetic, persuasive, and professional - you love engaging with people. Self-motivated and driven to meet goals. Reliable, positive, and team-oriented. Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet. Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required. Pay & Perks:
$15.00-$17.00/hour (plus commission). Commission-heavy role with significant earning potential. All employees (management and non-management) are eligible for club plan commissions. Career growth opportunities in a supportive, fast-growing company.
