The Senior Enrollment Marketing Specialist will develop and manage multichannel content initiatives-including video, email, web, and social media-while coordinating closely with internal stakeholders across academic programs, admissions, and central marketing. This position requires a strong blend of creative production, project management, and enrollment marketing expertise, with particular emphasis on prospective student communications and recruitment events managed through Slate.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

Lead the development of written, visual, and multimedia content across graduate marketing channels, including websites, email, social media, and digital campaigns. Oversee the planning and production of short- and long-form video content (student stories, program highlights, faculty features, event promotion) tailored to prospective graduate audiences. Ensure all content aligns with institutional brand standards, enrollment priorities, and platform-specific best practices. Email Communications & Slate Coordination

Plan, coordinate, and execute prospective student email communications in Slate, including inquiry, application, and yield-stage campaigns. Partner with admissions and enrollment teams to segment audiences, refine messaging, and optimize engagement and conversion across the funnel. Support the promotion, coordination, and follow-up communications for graduate recruitment events (virtual and in-person) managed through Slate. Stakeholder & Project Management

Serve as a primary marketing liaison for graduate academic programs, working collaboratively with faculty, program directors, admissions staff, and central marketing to identify priorities and deliver timely, effective marketing assets. Manage project timelines, creative workflows, and feedback cycles across multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment with institutional goals and enrollment deadlines. Provide guidance and recommendations to stakeholders on content strategy, messaging, and channel selection. Digital & Visual Marketing

Develop and oversee graphics for use across email, digital advertising, social media, and print materials. Apply audience-first, data-informed approaches to content development, targeting specific graduate populations by program, modality, and career interest. Maintain and update website content related to graduate programs, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and conversion optimization. Design, build, and publish engaging WordPress pages using HTML to support accessibility, performance, and intuitive user experience. Analytics & Continuous Improvement

Monitor performance metrics for email campaigns, video content, and digital engagement to inform ongoing optimization. Stay current on trends in enrollment marketing, digital storytelling, and higher education recruitment. Skills & Qualification

Demonstrate experience in short-form and digital video production (e.g., YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok), including concept development and basic editing. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex academic offerings into clear, compelling content. Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.). Experience coordinating email communications and events within Slate or similar CRM platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously with strong organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of branding, style-guide adherence, and audience-specific content best practices. Comfort working independently while contributing to a collaborative, cross-functional team. Familiarity with HTML and web content management systems preferred. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field; relevant professional experience required.
