
Job Description
Under the general direction of the Warranty Supervisor and in accordance with company policies and procedures, this role is responsible for ensuring all product returns are processed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
Key ResponsibilitiesReturn Authorization & Disposition
Verify all required documentation is included with returned products
Confirm product eligibility within warranty period
Validate that the product exhibits a warrantable defect
Match returned products to receipts and return authorizations
System Processing & Issue Reporting
Enter and maintain accurate product data in the system
Record shipping and return information
Operate the cardboard recycling/bundling machine
Perform product destruction when required
Achieve the goal of processing all returns within 24 hours

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
