is seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Graphic Design Assistant

to support Cliff Drysdale Tennis's marketing and communications efforts. This part-time role is ideal for a creative self-starter who enjoys working across digital and print design, collaborating with a small team, and contributing to a vibrant, community-focused club environment.

Position Summary:

The Graphic Design Assistant will help bring our brand to life across member communications, events, social media, and on-site signage. The goal of the design position is for a successful candidate to grow into a larger marketing role within our team.

Key Responsibilities: Support design and editing of marketing collateral for various mediums including social media and digital graphics, flyers, posters, and club signage etc. Support brand consistency across all visual assets. Make timely updates and revisions based on feedback. Prepare files for print and digital distribution. Collaborate with club leadership and marketing partners on ongoing projects. Qualifications & Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop required). A portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling. Strong design sense with attention to detail, layout, and typography. Strong knowledge of brand standards and the ability to execute designs that align with established brand guidelines for all clubs/resorts, ensuring consistency across print, digital, and promotional materials. Ability to work independently, multi-task, and deliver quality work in an efficient manner to meet deadlines. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Experience with multiple design formats is a plus. Interest in sports, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a plus. Education & Experience:

Current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred. 1-2 years of design experience (internships and freelance work welcome). What We Offer:
