About the Role:
We are seeking a
Customer Service Representative
who is enthusiastic, empathetic, and dedicated to helping our customers have the best experience possible. As a key member of our team, you'll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing top-notch service across various channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
Responsibilities:

Maintain a strong knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and a positive experience. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude while working with customers. Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores. Minimum Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred). Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Adaptability in a changing environment. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy A team player with a willingness to learn and grow within the company. Preferred Job Qualifications:
