We are seeking motivated, personable, and sales-driven Sales & Customer Service Consultants. This role offers a strong hourly base plus commission and is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers while being rewarded for performance. Key Responsibilities
Sell storage solutions by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate units Assist walk-in customers with rentals and general inquiries Conduct facility tours and confidently present available unit options Build rapport, handle objections, and close rentals Deliver a positive, professional customer experience Accurately manage customer accounts using computer systems Maintain dependable attendance, including weekends Qualifications
