Office Clerk

The Office Clerk supports the service and installation departments in the Texas Access Controls Houston, TX location. Responsibilities include: Answering telephone and directing calls to appropriate department. Processing incoming and outgoing parts. Entering alphabetic, numeric or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen. Comparing data entered with source documents to detect errors. Processing purchase orders. Taking orders for residential install/service customers. Assisting in scheduling and dispatching. Providing backup support for office staff. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. One to three years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Mathematical, Reasoning, and Language skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
